STIPULATION OF THE EXPORT REFERENCE PRICES (HPE) OF CERTAIN EXPORT GOODS

THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF TRADE ON STIPULATION OF EXPORT CHECK PRICES (HPE) OF CERTAIN EXPORTED GOODS

Article 1

The Minister in charge of trading affairs or the appointed official in this case the Director General of Foreign Trade shall stipulate Export Check Prices (HPE) of certain exported goods every month.

Article 2

HPE as intended in Article 1 shall be stipulated by referring to international average prices and/orThe FOB average prices at seaports in Indonesia in one month before the stipulation of HPE.

Article 3

The amount of HPE of timber, rattan, coal, sand, oil palm, crude palm oil and their derivative products and leather, shall be as stipulated in the attachment to this regulation.

Article 4

HPE as set forth in Article 3 shall be the basis for calculating export levies (PE).

Article 5

HPE as intended in Article 3 shall apply for one month, starting from June 10, 2007 - July 9, 2007.

Article 6

In the case of the validity period of HPE stipulated on the basis of this regulation which had already expired and that the new HPE is yet to be stipulated, HPE as contained in the attachment to this regulation shall remain effective as the basis for calculating PE until new export prices are stipulated.

Article 7

With the enforcement of this regulation, the Export Check Prices (HPE) as contained in the Attachment to Regulation of the Minister of Trade No. 20/M-DAG/PER/5/2007 on Stipulation of Export Check Prices (HPE) of Certain Exported Goods shall be declared null and void.

For public cognizance, the regulation shall be published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
